Tools are hitting the market allowing developers to deploy applications on embedded multi-core processors without handcrafting, unleashing the performance potential and helping get to market more quickly. These new tools are what developers need to create a competitive advantage around multi-core technology. Kerry Johnson has 21 years of industry experience, primarily in telecommunications systems. Prior to joining QNX Software Systems, he served in various roles, including software design manager, product manager, and project management director, at companies such as Nortel, CrossKeys, and Research in Motion. He currently works at QNX as a senior product marketing manager.
